Does this sound familiar?
- You're trapped in repetitive patterns that are hurting you and holding you back
- You know what to do but can't get yourself to do it consistently
- You crave change but don’t know how to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to go
- You're tired of beating yourself up and long for a kinder, more sustainable wayÂ
Imagine yourself one year from today...
Who could you become?
What could you create?
In this membership you will...
• Clear the anxiety and overwhelm keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with clarity, focus, and purpose.
• Learn to treat yourself with compassion, curiosity, and respect so you can quit bullying yourself and feel safe and at home in your own skin.
• Heal and integrate your fragmented parts so you can stop fighting yourself and show up from wholeness, self-trust, and Higher-Self leadership.
• Stop chasing quick fixes and aha moments so you can develop a steady practice of applying and embodying the wisdom and tools that actually get you there.
• End the lonely, disheartening struggle of figuring it out on your own so you can feel guided, supported, and more apt to remain on the path toward true transformational change.
The Art of Becoming U is for people who feel beaten down and burdened by their potential and are ready to get excited about who they're becoming and the life they're here to create.

Your Year of Becoming
From the moment you enter the space, something feels different.
There’s a sense of being held inside a larger process — one that doesn’t demand perfection or constant achieving, but invites steady, honest engagement with yourself and your life.
As you move through the year, you’re not just consuming content or collecting insights. You’re being invited into a deeper practice of slowing down, connecting with yourself, and getting to know yourself more honestly and compassionately.
Each week gives you something to lean into — a new way of reflecting, noticing, practicing, or reorienting. You begin to look at your experiences differently, not with harsh judgment, but with curiosity and clarity.
When you feel stuck, you’re not left there. When things get messy, you’re not pushed past it.
There’s guidance, perspective, and support to help you understand what’s happening as it’s happening.
You start to feel the difference between pushing yourself forward and being guided forward. Between forcing change and allowing growth to unfold with intention.
Over time, you notice yourself showing up more consistently — not because you’re trying harder, but because you're becoming more whole and aligned.
You’re learning how to work with yourself instead of against yourself. You begin to recognize patterns as they arise.Â
You learn how to pause, reflect, and choose again — with more awareness, more self-trust, more steadiness.
Throughout the year, you’re reminded that growth isn’t linear — and that nothing has gone “wrong” when things slow down or feel uncertain. You’re supported in staying engaged with yourself through all of it.
This is what a year of becoming feels like.
Coming home to yourself
Being guided.
Being supported.
Being held.

MY STORY
Why me? Why Loving Discipline?
Â
All my life, I struggled with self-discipline. “Elizabeth is not living up to her potential.” It was a message I heard a lot growing up. It ate away at my confidence and self-esteem. I began to resent my potential and see it as a burden, because I was really trying. I wanted to do better. I wanted to be better. I was 60 by the time I learned I’d been struggling with significant ADHD symptoms. But back then, all my little heart heard was, “I’m not enough.”Â
I began to see the world as a scary place where people could judge you harshly and find you worthless at the drop of a hat. That terrified me. I became determined to not let that happen to me. I developed what I now call the three Ps from hell: people-pleasing, perfectionism, and peacemaking — which eventually led to a fourth P, paralysis.Â
Before long, what I felt, what I needed, what I wanted, took a back seat to what everyone else might think, what they wanted, and what they expected from me. Everything became about being liked, being approved of, not rocking the boat, and proving my worth.
That’s a surefire way to lose yourself. And lose myself I did.
I did manage to develop some self-discipline, but it was unsustainable. It bounced erratically back and forth between extreme, almost masochistic blind compliance, and complete avoidance — shutdown, procrastination, paralysis. Either way, the experience was always drenched in fear, shame, and punishment.
I felt out of control and deeply let down by myself. I didn’t trust myself. I started to feel like there was something wrong with me — like I was bad. All of it was happening without any real understanding of what was going on within me, or what was actually driving my choices.
This pattern permeated my life. It had me allowing and tolerating things that weren’t okay for me and sacrificing parts of myself and my dreams. Feeling anxious and disheartented, beaten down by life. And then, I received a powerful message that stopped me in my tracks:
"Discipline will give you a beautiful life."
I could believe discipline might give me results — financial success, maybe even that "perfect" body I was always chasing. But a beautiful life meant something deeper. It was a feeling, a way of being, something I couldn’t quite put my finger on. But I knew then I wanted it. I set out on a journey to discover what that was and how it could be possible.
I discovered that the root word of discipline means to learn. It had nothing to do with control, punishment or enforcing bedience! From this more ancient definition, self-discipline became a beautiful journey of learning, studying, and coming to know and understand myself from a place of compassionate curiosity instead of fixing.
Honestly, IÂ still had no clue who I was. My relationship with myself was downright toxic. No wonder my relationship with self-discipline was toxic as well.Â
As I began to go inward and discover who I truly was, I began to repair my relationship with myself. I dove deep into psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality — learning about the mind, the body, and the nervous system, and how all of it shapes our inner world and our choices.
Through that process, I started to understand myself in a way I never had before. I began to heal, integrate and become whole again. The challenges didn’t disappear, but how I met them and experienced them changed dramatically.
Over time, that process deepened into a way of living, learning, and growing that finally felt authentic and aligned, and eventually evolved into what I now call the Loving Discipline Method and my mission to help others find their way back home without losing decades to fear, self-punishment, and self-abandonment the way I did.
Why this program is different — and why it works
Most of us aren’t struggling because we don’t know what to do. We struggle because something inside us won’t let us do what we already know.
We start strong. We make plans. We get inspired. Then the old patterns, the fear, the overwhelm, the self-doubt, the emotional weight quietly take the wheel again.Â
So we go looking for another strategy, another insight, another way to force ourselves forward… and the cycle repeats.
